As always, you should review the full Terms to see all the changes, but we wanted to share a summary of the most relevant changes: - Updated the language in our Terms of Service so they're easier to read.
- We've outlined our payment terms, including the types of payment we accept, notice that this is a subscription service, and protocols for a delinquent account.
- Changed our address to reflect our San Francisco business address as well as moving the location for arbitration from Mesa, Arizona to San Francisco, California.
- We recently released our new mobile app, so we've updated our Terms of Service to include a notice to those users. It states that these terms are between the user and Process Street, and not Apple.
These new terms are effective today. By continuing to use Process Street, you agree to be bound by the new Terms of Service.
